Tampa Bay plumbing questions, answered
A few of the things homeowners ask before they hire us. Don't see your question? Call us at (813) 590-0625.
All FAQsWhat areas in the Tampa Bay area do you service?
We cover Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties. That includes Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, New Port Richey, and the smaller communities in between. If you are in the Tampa Bay area and not sure we reach you, call and ask. We will tell you straight.
Do you charge for a service call or estimate?
We give you a flat-rate quote before any work starts, so you know the price up front. For most repairs there is no hourly meter and no surprise line items. Emergency and after-hours calls may carry a dispatch fee, and we tell you that on the phone.
Can you handle Tampa hard water and the buildup it causes?
Yes. Tampa Bay water runs hard, around 11 to 12 grains, and it scales up water heaters, fixtures, and pipes fast. We repair the damage it causes and install water softeners that protect the plumbing you already have.
My house has polybutylene or old galvanized pipe. Can you repipe it?
We do this often. A lot of Tampa homes built between 1978 and 1995 have polybutylene, and older cores have galvanized or cast iron. We repipe with PEX or copper, work around your slab, and get you back to normal water pressure.
Do you offer real emergency plumbing at night and on weekends?
Yes. We run Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm, with 24/7 emergency response for burst pipes, sewer backups, and slab leaks. You call, a real person picks up, and we get someone moving.
